100% Satisfaction Rates from Our Clients

 

  We are proud to announce that 100% satisfaction rates were rated by our clients this year during our CCCP (CyberCARD Customer Care Program) survey. And we even got 82% of “extremely satisfied” from our clients. Furthermore, it is shown that all our clients are willing to recommend CyberCARD to others.

  Every year, we implement the CCP (Customer Care Program) to different products or projects. This year (2020), we implemented the Customer Care Program to our five clients of CyberCARD. They all adopted CyberCARD for more than a year and under long-term maintenance mode with us.

  Beside satisfaction dimension, all clients also responded positively in communication with high satisfaction rate of 100%; even almost 90% responded us " extremely satisfied". Regarding expertise of payment industry, all clients feedbacked positively, with satisfaction as high as 100%. Also, almost 90% of clients responded us " extremely satisfied".
