Previously on last report:
Sunny Bank has been successfully converted into CyberSoft’s CyberCARD – an open Card Management System. After nearly a year of efforts, on 4th of June in 2017, the system is officially online. Now, Sunny Bank has the ability to self-maintain and operate their own system, this can enhance the autonomy and flexibility of credit card business system operation, and greatly save the outsourcing cost from then on.

In order to install CyberCARD online successfully, it is necessary to work together with both Sunny Bank and CyberSoft as close partners in system implementation process. Let’s see what the members have to say:
Through the successful implementation of CyberCARD card issuing system, the executives of Sunny Bank now can view the latest reports in real-time. Before system conversion, those reports usually took at least 3 days to a month to produce; now it can be viewed immediately at any time. Thus , executive may access all kinds of information created from credit card instant analysis, and use the information to improve specific service quality, and create more distinctive marketing competitiveness.
During the early system construction period, Sunny Bank wasn’t relatively clear with the outsourcing system operation details. During the construction process, they actively find the relevant information in time off, and consult with other’s expertise, utilizing the latest technology to speed up the construction process.
On 3th of June, it is the day of last data conversion. According to Software Implementation Team, that is the most memorable and nerve-racking moment in the process of system development. Because the system cannot be online on the scheduled time if there is a major mistake. Nevertheless, members have full support to each other, by having a proper simulation test before uploading the system online, the team made a successful system conversion at the end. They felt all of their hard works were totally worth the efforts, after the system is officially online and see the client’s staff were using it.
